Challenge
Česká spořitelna, the largest bank in the Czech Republic with 4.6 million clients, was burdened by manual internal processes that consumed thousands of staff-hours monthly. Their data analytics capabilities were fragmented across multiple legacy systems, making it impossible to get unified insights across departments.
Solution
We built a suite of internal tools: a workflow automation platform that digitized 23 manual processes, and a unified analytics dashboard aggregating data from 7 source systems. The solution uses ClickHouse for sub-second queries on billions of records and a React-based UI that non-technical staff can customize.
